So, you want to design and install your custom SeaDek, but you don't know where to begin...

SeaDek Mid-Atlantic has an extensive SeaDek database of boat mold designs. However, depending on the make and model of your boat, each mold can vary, lending the in-stock template to be inaccurate. If you would prefer to have "Certified SeaDek Templating", contact us to schedule a date and time for a SeaDek Mid-Atlantic Certifed Installer to template your boat. Templating and installation can be completed at your location should your boat not be mobile. Our technicians employ the latest in mobile digitizing technology, allowing for quick data transfer from the digitizer to the CAD program for final pattern design and customization.

Once the patterns are complete, they will be printed for a final dry-fit to confirm quality alignment prior to the final parts being cut. If modification is required, the adjustments are made in the digital pattern design and sent to the CNC router where your custom parts will take shape. Once the parts are complete and cataloged, our technician will contact you to confirm a time for final installation to transform your boats look and comfort.

What goes into getting your custom SeaDek

By using our Prodim scanner, we are able to get the most accurate dimensions of your boat!

CAD is where we design your custom SeaDek kit. This where we are able to customize your boat by adding unique designs and logos of your choosing.

After the programming is complete and your kit has been approved we take your design to the CNC router to produce your custom SeaDek kit.

Once your SeaDek is through production, we come to you to install it!
